Booking and Cancellation Policy

At The Fare Insight, we aim to make your cruise booking process smooth and transparent. Please review our booking and cancellation terms to ensure a clear understanding of how we operate.

Booking Process
Bookings can be made directly through our website or by contacting our travel support team. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your itinerary, fare details, and payment summary. Full payment is required to confirm your cruise reservation unless installment options are specified.

Payment Terms
Payments can be made using authorized debit or credit cards. All charges are processed in the displayed currency at the time of booking. Additional taxes or fees may apply depending on the cruise line’s policy.

Booking Confirmation
Once the payment is verified, you will receive a digital confirmation of your booking. Please review all details carefully and report any discrepancies immediately to avoid travel issues later.

Amendments to Bookings
Changes to dates, passenger details, or cruise itineraries may be possible depending on the cruise line’s modification rules. Amendment requests should be submitted at least seven days before the scheduled departure.

Cancellation by Traveler
If you choose to cancel your booking, the applicable cancellation fees will depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure may incur up to 50% charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Cruise Provider
In case a cruise line cancels or reschedules a voyage due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or operational issues, The Fare Insight will assist in securing an alternative sailing or arranging a refund in accordance with the provider’s policy.

No-Show Policy
If a traveler fails to board the cruise on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method after receiving confirmation from the cruise provider.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
